My kid had seen the same dentist four 11 out of his 12 yrs. His dentist retired and he was sooo nervous about finding a new one, honestly so was I! They have been nothing but wonderful from the front office, assistants to the dentist.

Unfortunately, because of the awesome staff and all of the great services the office provides I decided to get more work done. With the Dr. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. The front desk staff were equally impressive. They were welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and quick. All the assistants did an amazing job! I just recently started going to this dentist about two months ago for my daughter. They accepted my insurance, so I decided to book an appointment. I knew I had cavities that needed filled and I had to get a crown over a root canal done by another dentist. I haven’t got the crown yet so I can’t speak on that but out of the 3 times I’ve been there I’ve had 3 different dental assistants and my daughter had a different one as well (younger blonde girl who was fantastic). The dentist assistant I had today was Kristen. She was the BEST that I’ve ever had. I don’t have anymore cavities to fill but if I did, I’d choose her every single time 😂 she was so kind and patient. She walked me through what she was doing. The lady at the front is always a pleasure as well. She has helped me with me with billing for my crown and was very transparent. I don’t usually like the dentist but this place is great. Thank you all.

My twins have went to this dentist for three years. I decided to give them a try. The receptionist had an attitude immediately when I was checking in. Over talking me which I tried to slow her down with a greeting. She told the other receptionist (male) to take care of me which was fine. I received my X-rays and was examined by the dentist. The male receptionist came to me with the code of cleaning and pricing which my insurance didn’t cover. I asked to just received the basic cleaning for now. The receptionist (female) stated I couldn’t receive a basic cleaning bc I was in need of a deeper cleaning. I was told to call my insurance. The next day I called my insurance to figure out the situation. My insurance told me the wrong code was used, and if the code was changed that the insurance would cover it. While on the phone in front of the same receptionist I relayed this information. She instantly got an attitude bc she was caught in a lie. She told me I could sign off on basic cleaning which was not told to me the day before. I respond with the correct code for her to use for approval, and she continued to yell at me. Called the head administrator to have me basically put on a no service list. I was completely confused. Then she calls the police bc I continued to question her about her lies and unprofessional behavior. I awaited for the cops. Once I was home I received a phone call from the dentist I had seen the previous day. Apologetic about what had just happened and she wanted to hear from me knowing if it was anything she could do. She told me she was wondering where I had went after my X-rays. I told her that I was told I couldn’t get any service bc my insurance didn’t cover the DR code. We continued to talk basically ending with she felt bad and that is not the way she likes for her patients to be handled.
I started taking my 3 grandsons here, who I have guardianship of because this was one place close to us that took their insurance. They have been GREAT with taking care of all their needs!

Dr. Gill is my 2 year olds dentist as of today, and Lilly was her assistant, WONDERFUL PEOPLE!! My son felt so safe and cared for. They interacted with him, told him before they did anything, his first appointment was so successful. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!

The scheduling was very easy. The front staff is very efficient. One thing surprise me was that my kids have to go in by themselves and didn’t get to see what’s going on. The instruction after the visit was very precise. I have to ask to make sure about after care.

It was freezing in the room and they left the tv on Ninja Turtle - not the channel of my choice. They should have asked if I was comfortable before they left the room while my novacain was working. During the procedure, water was running down my neck and I felt like they were blowing air up my nose. I was very disappointed. I should have asked for my glasses before I ok’d the tooth color because now I can see it is a lot whiter than the rest of my teeth.
The dentist and the staff are phenomenal they go far beyond typical measures to make sure the care and quality of your visit is their number one priority I personally am undergoing extensive dental work and both dentists and staff have not only taken every step necessary but have ease my mind and helped me make life changing decisions I recommend them 10 out of 10

My son was in need of an emergency dental appointment. From the moment we arrived at Kids and Adult Dental we had a great experience. We drove over an hour and they fit us in their busy schedule as a a walk in. I couldn’t be more thankful because my son was in pain and nowhere in our area could accommodate him that day. The front staff was great, assistants were great and the Dr was amazing. The Dr was very patient and nurturing with my son. I would recommend them to anyone that’s lives in this area. Absolutely wonderful! I have an adult son with TBIs and Dr. Pasha is amazing with him, she will take over if he is upset and calm him, They were great with my 5 yr old, and the rest of our Family... never going anywhere else,
My experience here was absolutely AMAZING. When I say I’m extremely grateful for the care I received at this office. Front desk is awesome, staff is friendly and welcoming. And Key my dentist was everything, I had no pain at all. Watched a show on Netflix and was done. I highly recommend this Dentist. I will be coming back for all of my visits.

Haven’t been to a dentist since my teenage years. Have been extremely reluctant to get into a dentist since then. Now, at age 50, I finally took the initiative to find a new dentist. My first experience there was awesome. All the staff made me feel comfortable, with a truly caring professional attitude. Thank u guys for everything. Absalutely love this place I wish i found them sooner my first visit with them was when i was a new patient and i got a routine cleaning done but before they did the cleaning they made sure i knew what was covered by my insurance and what was not then they set me up with another appointment because I had to get 3 fillings done and they were amazing they were very thorough with there work and made sure that everything was just right before they let me leave the staff is so very nice and the dentist herself is amazing overall im glad i found them because they did so much better than my last dentistry if someone were to ask me for a good dentist to go to i would definitely recommend going here kids and adult dental is amazing

I took my 1 year old here for the first time today, and it was a great experience. My 1 year old had chipped his front tooth, so I took him to the pediatric dentist that my other 2 children go to. The place I took him has a policy that they don't let the parents go back with the child, and I totally get that. I understood that children tend to act better when their parents aren't around, plus the risk of Covid now, I get it. However, this is a 1 year old baby. There's no way he would be okay with letting a stranger take him back away from his mother, and mess with his mouth. So, needless to say, we left without him seeing the dentist. They refused to let me go back with him. I called Dr. Gill's office, and they got me in the same day, and had no problem with me taking my baby back to the exam room. She was awesome with my son. She really knows how to handle children, and is great with them. Now, I want to switch my other 2 children to Dr. Gill. I would definitely recommend this place!
We had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Gill and her staff. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Gill was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Gill is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist but I am glad I found one, I highly recommend Dr. Gill and her staff for kids and adults.

Tricia did my treatments from beginning to the end... she knew my weak spots and listened to me when something wasn't right! She definitely calmed my nerves, because lets be honest, nobody likes the dentist. But knowing Tricia and the other staff members were there, calmed me and made going there much easier!
I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled & everyone was very caring & compassionate. I had a little anxiety, but Ting was very comforting! Thank you so very much!

Went here recently for my first dental exam in a few years. Everything went really well and I felt very comfortable. Decided to ask about teeth whitening. My lovely dentist lady, Trisha, got it ordered and had me back in for a whitening session the next week.
I recommend adult and kids dentist on Emerson they are very good at what they do and the receptionist Brooklyn is very sweet she’ll take care of you and help with anything you need give them a call or check them out and Danielle is so kind and gentle they are professional

I am a former dental assistant who worked for an amazing dentist for many years. I fell on hard times and left dentistry 8 years ago. I was petrified to try to find another dentist on my side of town but knew if I didn't get in soon, I could end up in a world of financial struggle due to neglect. I am beyond pleased with the experience my daughter and I had this evening. It was such a pleasant experience that I could see myself going back into that work field. So I visited this dental clinic today and I have no reserves in saying that I had a great experience. They are professional yet super friendly, they listened to all my concerns and then prepared a plan that was customized to my preference by dealing with what’s most beneficial for me first. The staff is jolly and it didn’t felt like I am at just another dental visit. Dentist who treated me was very patient and helped all my dental fears taken care off. I am definitely getting my family here too as they prioritize needs and help you setup appointments as per your convenience. Needed a new dental office once I moved to the south side of Indy and I couldn’t be more pleased! The office and staff are amazing and helped me feel at home immediately. They made my visit as easy as possible and I got in immediately. I will definitely be coming to this office from now on :)

My family recently moved to the Southside area, looking for a dental office and found this one. The service is great, they make the experience as painless as possible and during covid 19 they are taking every precaution possible to insure safety. I recommend.

I recommend anyone that needs dental for not just an adult but also for a kids to go to this place. Wonderful staff.
Dr. Gill is the best dentist ever. A dentist broke bones in my face removing some of my teeth. It took me 4 months to heal enough to eat more than soup. It was 2 months before the swelling went done. Plus that dentist yelled at me to stop screaming because I would upset his patience in the waiting room. I still had 6 teeth left. I was very traumatized. I found Dr. Gill and I explained my fears. Her and her assistant were so wonderful. My husband was allowed to sit in the room with while Dr. Gill removed the last 6 teeth and she cut me open to fix the broken bones. She let me relax in between procedures. She keept asking me how I was doing and making sure I was not in pain. When she came to sensitive spot, she apologized for my pain and stopped what she was doing to numb me more. They allowed me to be me and they did a marvelous job. By day 2 of my healing I was abel to eat scrambled eggs. Today (a week later) I went in for a post OP checkup. I am still sore so Dr Gill wants to wait a couple of weeks before we do impressions for my dentures. Dr. Gill is the first dentist I have ever had that actually cares. I strongly recommend that you and your whole family go to Dr.Gill if you are looking for a genital dentist that cares with a staff that is amazing.
